Order Integrity: Restoring Your Alignment

At Pleiadian's Store, we strive for perfection in every transmission. However, we understand that in the physical density of the 3D world, things can sometimes lose their coherence. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to restore your balance.

1. The 14-Day Window
You have 14 solar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we consider the energy exchange complete and the order fully integrated into your sanctuary.

2. Conditions for Restoration (Returns)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unopened, unused, and in its original sacred packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Distorted Items
If your item is damaged during its cosmic transit, please connect with us immediately at lujiboti@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a Complimentary Replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and energetic purity, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare (Glowing products) or personal care items unless they arrived damaged.

5. Refunds (Energy Reversal)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
